Job Description

You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that requires you to collaborate closely with MOH’s internal and external stakeholders to provide data analysis and technical support.

• Provide strategic guidance on data analysis and data engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team to conduct in-depth data analysis to provide meaningful data-driven insights/ trends to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
• Collaborate with strategic stakeholders and operational teams to understand data requirements and ensure the successful delivery of data analysis projects.
• Oversee the creation of data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead and manage a team on data sourcing, processing, and integration of data to deliver a unified and comprehensive dataset for analysis and decision-making.
• Drive the development and implementation of data analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of data analysis processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry with at least 10 - 12 years of related working experiences, with at least 5 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in data analytics, including data wrangling, analysis, visualisation with strong knowledge in data structures and mining algorithms.
• Knowledge in statistical learning, machine learning and probabilistic models will be advantageous.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results oriented.
• Good team player, able to work under pressure and deliver results under tight timelines.
