Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Debt Recovery Officer who is results-driven, eager to grow professionally, and ready to develop together with a strong team.

What you will do:

- Conduct phone negotiations with customers regarding debt repayment

- Communicate with customers via messengers (chat)

- Motivate customers to make timely payments

- Help customers choose the most suitable repayment options

- Verify and update customer information

- Monitor and control fulfillment of financial obligations

What we expect from you:

- Mandatory experience in collection (soft and/or hard collection)

- Strong communication skills and stress resilience

- Ability to conduct tough but professional negotiations

- Result-oriented mindset and motivation to earn more

- Basic PC skills
