Looking to gain real-world experience in customer service and property management? Join us and get hands-on exposure to how property developers manage homeowner relationships and defect resolution after project handover.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be part of the frontline team assisting homeowners with enquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins.
  • Learn how to log and manage defect cases using a CRM / Defect Tracking System.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and contractors to follow up on repair works.
  • Track progress and ensure cases are updated in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing important documents such as inspection forms, handover files and completion records.
  • Support the team in handling customer feedback and basic issue resolution.
  • Get involved in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
