1) Customer Service & Guest Relations
- Welcome and brief guests before their missions or activities.
- Assist customers with enquiries, bookings, and walk-in registrations.
- Ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
- Handle basic complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
2) Attraction Operations
- Manage games attraction, ensuring all missions run smoothly and safely.
- Provide instructions and monitor players during activities.
- Reset game rooms, prepare equipment, and ensure all attractions are ready for the next group.
- Support the operations team in maintaining flow and timing for each session.
3) Event Support (Team Building / Birthdays)
- Assist in managing group events, team building activities, and birthday parties.
- Help with setup, registration, props preparation, and coordination.
4) Tourism & Visitor Experience
- Learn how an indoor attraction operates in the tourism & recreation industry.
- Engage with tourists, families, corporates, and different customer groups.
- Gain exposure to experience-based tourism operations.
