Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock planning
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, Zoho, or similar
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple task

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, inventory planning, and supplier coordination across our operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring stock availability, cost efficiency, and smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and order tracking. 
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely replenishment while avoiding stock shortages or overstocking. 
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate stock records and inventory movement. 
• Liaise with the Finance team on payment processing, invoicing, and cost tracking. 
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, and reliability. 
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, terms, and delivery timelines. 
• Maintain the supplier database and ensure all procurement documentation is updated and compliant. 
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 
• Conduct periodic stock audits and identify discrepancies or operational inefficiencies. 
• Support new outlet openings by planning procurement activities and coordinating stock readiness. 
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to procurement processes.
