Job Summary

You will perform a variety of haircare services including cutting, washing, blow-drying, styling, scalp treatments, and hair coloring to meet customer expectations in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair cutting services using your five years of experience to achieve customer satisfaction
• Perform hair washing and blow-drying to prepare clients for styling or treatments
• Apply hair and scalp treatments to improve hair health and client comfort
• Execute hair coloring techniques accurately to meet client requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Follow instructions and complete ad-hoc duties assigned by the shop manager promptly
• Provide attentive customer service during retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to support smooth salon operations
• Adhere to the scheduled weekday off and work hours with punctuality and responsibility
• Collaborate with colleagues as an outgoing team member while also contributing independently

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in hair cutting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members
• Ability to work under supervision and adapt to fast-paced salon conditions
• Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility to meet work schedules
