Responsibilities
This role supports the Administrative Executive (Front Desk & Operations Support) in providing a welcoming experience for clients while assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
This role includes front desk duties and basic operational support, and is suitable for someone who is organised, approachable, and comfortable interacting with clients.
Working Hours [Weekdays only]
Fixed days: Mondays & Wednesdays 5.30pm – 8.30pm
Other weekdays: Ad-hoc based on requirements between 9am – 6pm
