Prepare and cook food ingredients in bulk according to standardized recipes and production schedules
Assist with food preparation tasks such as cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper storage before distribution to outlets
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas in compliance with Singapore Food Agency food safety standards
Support packing, labeling, and inventory monitoring within the central kitchen operations
Requirements
1 year of relevant experience in central kitchen or prepare for 500 people above
Food hygiene certificate (added advantage)
