• Basic $3500 - $ 5000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working location: Northeast
• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon to Fri) 
• Lift Maintenance; LMD (Lift Monitoring Device); IOT; ELV 
• Training Provided 

Job Responsibilities:

• Project lead and drive project towards goal achievement
• Maintenance of completed projects in DLP phases and/or renewed, continuation of maintenance work scope
• Lead tram to be productive and explore all avenues in good control and execution of project to achieve targeted costing budget
• Perform indoor and outdoor activities (on site) 
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in CCTV / IoT  Project Management
• Training Provided
