• Basic from $3,400 to $4,500 + Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Location: Aljunied

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E works on-site, ensuring smooth project execution and proper site coordination.
• Supervise subcontractors, monitor site progress, and ensure works are carried out according to project requirements and schedules.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams regarding project matters.
• Prepare project-related reports, documentation, and assist in the compilation of Operation & Maintenance manuals upon project completion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
• Support tender submissions, site surveys, and updating of as-built drawings.
• Assist with project administration and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Min. 2 years of experience in M&E works within interior fit-out projects, especially in the Electrical systems.
• Familiar with project coordination, site supervision, A&A works, M&E services, compliance procedures, and as-built drawings.
