Job Summary
The Barber is responsible for providing grooming and hair-cutting services to dormitory residents in a clean, safe, and professional manner. The role requires maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall well-being and appearance needs of residents within the dormitory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide haircutting, trimming, shaving, and beard grooming services to dormitory resident
Manage appointment schedules and walk-in queues efficiently.
Monitor and replenish barber supplies such as razors, scissors, combs, disinfectants, towels, and grooming products.
Follow dormitory hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Deliver friendly and respectful customer service to residents.
Handle cash or payment collections where applicable
Work Environment
Indoor barber station/shop within dormitory premises
Frequent interaction with residents
Fast-paced environment during peak hour
