Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QS team for interior fit-out and design & build projects.
• Prepare project costing, budget, tender, and quotation analysis.
• Handle contract administration, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Review drawings and project specifications for accurate costing.
• Prepare cost reports and support project planning and procurement activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of QS experience in interior fit-out or design & build projects.
• Strong knowledge in costing, tendering, contract administration, and cost control.
• Experience handling commercial, office, retail, or residential fit-out projects.
• Good negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.
