JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in monitoring and recovering outstanding customer payments
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment follow-ups
• Perform administrative duties such as handling enquiries, arranging repayment plans, and maintaining account records
• Carry out debt collection and recovery processes in a professional manner
• Discuss and propose suitable repayment arrangements with customers
• Conduct site or residential visits when necessary
• Respond to account-related enquiries while ensuring proper tracking and follow-up of cases
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to any applicants that are legally eligible to work in Singapore with valid work authorisation in Singapore
• Positive attitude and team player
• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• No experience required
