Workforce Planner

This opportunity represents an exciting position within our accomplished Consulting Enablement team. As a Workforce Planner, you will work closely with our entire Customer Experience division to ensure that Consulting resources are managed and optimised within assigned regions to ensure that resources are deployed at the right place and time to meet demand.

What you'll be doing…

As a Workforce Planner, you'll be a vital piece in our Customer journey. Duties for this role include:

• Collaboratively work with Project Managers and Directors to ensure project plans are in Clarity and resources are scheduled.
• Build relationships across the business to fulfil TechnologyOne's and customers' requirements.
• Ensure continuity of resources on all projects and escalate to the Resource Planning Manager if this is not being achieved.
• Analyse non-billable days and work with Consulting Directors to address utilisation gaps.
• Understand and put project plans in place to mitigate resource strain.
• Look after the Consultants welfare, through minimising travel, long working hours, etc.
• Monitor consultant utilisation, availability, and resource allocation across regions.
• Identify resource gaps and escalate where required.

Your Talents…

• Strong experience in Resource Management, preferably within ERP Software space
• Ability to translate customer requirements to equivalent product functionality.
• Previous experience with gathering and analysing Project Capability Requirements
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels.
