MES Application Support Engineer

The ideal candidate should have experience in application support, troubleshooting, and development using C# and JavaScript. Experience in MES or manufacturing systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

• Provide L2/L3 support for MES applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Monitor application performance and system health
• Work with business, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution
• Support deployments, patches, and production releases

Development & Enhancements

• Develop enhancements, bug fixes, and minor features
• Work on backend development using C# /.NET
• Perform UI enhancements using JavaScript
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and deployments
• Support continuous improvement and system optimization

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in application support and development
• Strong experience in C# /.NET
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and web technologies
• Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of incident management and SLA-based support
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
