Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Kuala Lumpur at Damas Suites & Residences. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying and securing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, leading sales initiatives, handling negotiations, overseeing contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The role also involves creating strategies to drive revenue growth and providing detailed reports on performance metrics and client feedback.

Qualifications
  • Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills to foster strong partnerships and manage client engagements effectively.
  • Negotiation and Sales abilities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning and Analytical skills for creating revenue growth strategies and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to convey ideas clearly and represent the company professionally in meetings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business software.
