Develop and adjust work schedules to ensure reasonable allocation of human resources.
Customer Service
Greet customers, answer inquiries, and handle general complaints.
Focus on customer needs to improve satisfaction and repeat business.
Training & Evaluation
Assist the manager in organizing new employee training and skills development.
Regularly evaluate employee performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
Finance & Sales Support
Assist with cashier and accounting reconciliation, and supervise the use of daily expenses.
Promote the implementation of membership cards, packages, and promotional activities.
Hygiene & Safety Management
Inspect store cleanliness and hygiene to ensure compliance with standards.
Encourage employees to adhere to safe operating procedures to prevent accidents.
Communication & Reporting
Report operational status and customer feedback to the manager.
Promote team communication to ensure coordinated work.
