Job Description:

• Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.
• Through dialogue with customers, identify NAND technology trends, customer needs, and high-value challenges; provide feedback to stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, lead development activities, and drive efforts to secure Process of Record (POR).
• Maximize organizational performance with limited resources by transferring technical knowledge and mentoring team members to strengthen overall capability.
• When issues cannot be resolved internally, promptly coordinate with stakeholders in hardware development, process engineering, and quality assurance, and manage the preparation and presentation of appropriate proposals to customers.
• Define process flows, develop new processes, and ensure successful transfer of new technologies to manufacturing.
• Primary focus on Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), particularly for insulator films.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or Engineering Equivalent degrees
• 5 years of relevant experience in the Semi-Con Industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical and project management skills
• Broad understanding of technical system and information flow
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
