Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 a month (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time

Experience: more than 2 years of experience

No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in preparing and completing all mortgage documentation accurately and on time.
  • Gather necessary documents and assist clients with initial assessments before submission to banks.
  • Complete clients’ loan application forms and compile all supporting documents for submission to lenders.
  • Liaise with bankers, law firms, and relevant institutions to facilitate mortgage applications and approvals.
  • Track, monitor, and keep clients updated on the progress of their loan applications.
  • Coordinate appointments between clients and bankers.
  • Follow up on pending documents and approvals to ensure timely processing and completion.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with accurate client and mortgage information.
  • Provide clear communication and high-quality service to clients throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document retrieval.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on mortgage processes, loan products, and regulatory changes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to explore and implement improvements to streamline the process.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Bankings or equivalent. Those with other relevant fields are welcomed and can be considered.
  • Candidates are required to have at least 2 years experience in mortgage or loan handling. Those from the banking industry would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates must be familiar with English language in terms of writing, reading and also speaking.
