  • Assist in identifying potential suppliers and gathering quotations.
  • Support supplier evaluation and selection processes.
  • Maintain and update supplier information and records.
  • Help monitor supplier performance and report any issues to the manager.
  • Assist in procurement activities, including purchase requests, orders, and approvals.
  • Help track procurement budgets and expenditure reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sourcing meets operational and project requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of procurement transactions, contracts, and agreements.
  • Support compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of ERP or procurement systems is a plus.
  • Good data entry, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
