Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our growing team in Demant Technology & Innovation Centre, Malaysia. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM solutions that support business-critical operations. This role offers an opportunity to work on both technical delivery and, for senior candidates, solution design and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 9.1 on-premise.

Design and implement:

• Plugins (synchronous and asynchronous)
• Custom workflow activities
• Workflows and business rules
• JavaScript client-side scripting
• Custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security models
• Develop integrations using the Dynamics CRM 9.1 SDK, web services (SOAP/REST), and custom APIs.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices for extending CRM while respecting on-premise constraints and performance considerations.
• Review and optimize existing customizations to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Mentor and guide other developers, particularly less experienced CRM developers.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to secure coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
• Contribute to documentation of architecture, technical design, and development standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in C#/.NET.
• 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 9.1 on-premise development.

Strong experience using:

• Dynamics CRM SDK
• Web service endpoints (SOAP/REST)
• Plugin registration tool and deployment processes

Solid understanding of:

• CRM data model and security model
• Solution layering and managed/unmanaged solutions
• CRM deployment and environment management (on-premise)
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and performance optimization.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side customizations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
