Job Descriptions

• Shall have experience in solving site clashes/problem with regards to M&E and other disciplines.
• Shall have experience in closing All RFA/RFI and outstanding works, As-build drawings
• Verify progress payment claims, all other claims and reports submitted by the contractors;
• Assist to resolve all site issues, including coordination with adjacent/nearby construction sites and report to the respective project consultants, supervising Qualified Persons
• Liaise with the contractors on the defect rectification works, track and monitor the progress and ensure that all defects are satisfactory rectified

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognised by PEB Singapore; and
• Possess at least 8 years of relevant and practical experience on site;
