Corporate Planning Team
Planning team plays a critical role in driving and implementing strategic plans to support MOHH’s long term goal of a Singapore where everyone is assured of valued-based healthcare. The team helps to ensure strategic alignment with national priorities through board and leadership engagement, development and review of strategic map and workplan, as well as performance monitoring across MOHH teams. The team also supports the larger public healthcare through strengthening governance structures and facilitating alignment across stakeholders, including MOH, clusters and key partners.

The team is responsible for driving corporate clarity and governance, facilitating both internal and external stakeholder engagement, and overseeing corporate performance.
