- Proficiency in programming "close to the hardware" (e.g., C or C++).
- Experience leading engineering teams across multiple locations.
- 15 or more years of experience in systems engineering.
- Previous titles may include Systems Engineering Manager or R&D Director.
- Background in IOT, Electronics / Hardware, Defense, Telecoms, or the Semiconductor (Chip-making) industry.
- Strong understanding of how sensors, firmware, and software interconnect.
- Over 20 years of experience in mission-critical technology.
- Specialization in tactical network systems and national security solutions.
- Work bridges the gap between digital software and real-world control centers.
