  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, Mass Communication, or other related fields.
  • Internship duration must be a minimum of 4 months.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  •  Passionate about sales, business development, and achieving targets.

Tanggungjawab

 Are you passionate about sales, communication, and business growth? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Business Development team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales support, market research, and business operations while learning directly from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Engagement & Support

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing basic product information. 
  • Support the team in following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally. 

Sales Support

  • Assist in identifying potential customers and new business opportunities. 
  • Support senior team members during customer meetings, presentations, or product demonstrations when required. 
  • Maintain and update customer database records accurately. 

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to support sales and marketing strategies. 
  • Assist in expanding the customer base through online platforms and B2B channels. 

Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Sales Admin and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth order processing and coordination. 
  • Assist in updating customer profiles, sales reports, and related records. 
  • Support the management and maintenance of B2B platforms. 

Reporting & Learning

  • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, leads, and customer interactions. 
  • Learn and understand the company’s products, sales processes, and customer relationship management practices.
