Job Scope:-
• Providing customer service to all owners/residents (attend to complaints, facilities booking, renovation, move in/out, applying access card, sticker and etc.);
• Daily administrative works;
• Assist in up-keeping and maintaining proper filing at the management office;
• Collect maintenance fees & other related fees, issuing official receipts;
• Follow up with residents on late payment, complaints and other related matter;
• Issuing cheque for payment to service providers for committee approval and signature.
• Assist building executive to monitor aging debtor list, in order for the building executive to formulate a recovery plan;
• Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for day to day operations;
• Handle petty cash for daily operations;
• Monitor and to make sure the accounting system is running effectively.
