In this role as Company Secretary Assistant you’ll help reshape the corporate administration landscape in Malaysia! Endless paperwork? Silly processes? Making errands? Let’s digitise! We can do better!
- Assist clients with incorporating their company, changing particulars, opening bank accounts and all aspect of corporate secretarial duties
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters to ensure companies are compliant with the latest regulations per the Companies Act 2016.
- Update clients’ registries, proofreading documents, and getting them in order.
- Help design the processes for a digital company secretary platform.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they’re up to date with their filing deadlines.
- Work with our Customer Success manager, founders, lawyers, designers & developers to enhance the Corporate Secretary and business administration processes from A-Z.
- Transfer in existing companies to Foundingbird and establish our firm as their corporate secretary.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary and undertaking general administrative tasks as needed.
- Periodically deal with clients who may not be satisfied (but let’s aim to prevent that from happening) and be proactive and adequate in solving their problems.
You will not be:
- Visiting every client at their office or welcoming each client in our office, we are a digital company secretary and perform KYC & AML checks using automated systems.
- Doing tons of paperwork, our goal is to automate as much as possible. Though we can’t (unfortunately) automate CTCs.
