•To handle the assessment and processing of policy alterations of Accident & Health policies, comprising of policy benefits and other policy admin transactions.
•Provide support in handing enquires from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives;
•Data entry into Excel
•Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
•Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in any discipline
Preferably with prior administrative experiences
Proficient in MS Office
