Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile ICT Executive to support the school’s ICT operations, digital learning initiatives, multimedia services, and AV support functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students, teachers, and school events through effective ICT administration, technical support, and multimedia content management.

Job Description

ICT & Administrative Support

• Support the 6-year ICT curriculum planned for students in the capacity of an ICT Executive
• Manage ICT computing devices and related resources
• Track loans of ICT computing devices to students
• Monitor processes and maintain proper documentation of device loan records
• Manage room booking, loan, and service request systems
• Administer the school’s Print+ service
• Perform inventory updates and stock taking during term breaks
• Oversee the operation of e-learning events
• Provide support to students and parents on the use of MOE ICT systems

Website & Social Media Management

• Manage and update the school website
• Administer and maintain the school’s social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
• Manage the Public Messaging System
• Support teachers in the development of resources for the school portal

Teaching & Learning Support

• Provide in-class support for ICT-integrated programmes
• Assist teachers in conducting ICT lessons and other ICT-related duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, and HOD ICT
• Support school ICT initiatives and digital learning activities

AV & Multimedia Support

• Operate and oversee AV equipment to provide technical support for school events
• Provide AV support as required by the school
• Provide photography and videography support for school events when required
• Design and create posters, banners, and digital materials
• Provide multimedia support for teachers
• Perform video editing using Final Cut Pro or equivalent multimedia tools

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification in ICT, Multimedia, or related field
• At least 1 year of ICT-related working experience in a school environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in administration of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
• Proficiency in multimedia software and video editing tools, including Final Cut Pro
• Good understanding of AV equipment and multimedia support
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with dedication to work
• Strong team player who is organized, task-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively
