We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily office and administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with staff on daily operational matters, and assisting with general administrative and basic HR duties.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of working independently. Strong organizational and communication skills will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties and provide office support
- Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of records
- Coordinate with workers, clients, suppliers, and site supervisors
- Assist in payroll processing, timesheet checking, and leave administration
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general office inquiries
- Maintain proper filing systems and office documentation
- Prepare and monitor daily attendance records of workers
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding daily operational matters
- Prepare workers’ name lists and relevant documents for submission to clients
- Support HR and operational administrative tasks as assigned
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties when required
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Prior administrative experience will be an advantage
- Experience in using Timesoft software will be an advantage
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
