BAC Education Group is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support the administration and coordination of academic programmes while ensuring compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage programme administration and academic documentation
• Support accreditation, audits, and regulatory processes
• Monitor student progress and student-related matters
• Coordinate class schedules, classroom arrangements, and programme logistics
• Assist academic staff with programme requirements
• Prepare reports and maintain academic records
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth programme operations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, HR, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
