Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Putrajaya for the role of Executive Corporate Affairs. The individual will represent the organization's interests with external stakeholders, government agencies, and industry associations. Responsibilities include managing corporate communications, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering positive relationships with public and private sectors. Additional tasks may involve preparing reports, coordinating events, managing corporate social responsibility initiatives, and contributing to the development of corporate strategies and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of public policy, government regulations, and corporate governance.
• Experience in corporate communications, public affairs, and event coordination.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop long-term solutions.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific trends, particularly in sectors such as energy and marine services, is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report preparation software.
