Our concept focuses on freshly made pasta, modern casual dining, and authentic flavours made from scratch daily.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis Chefs to join our opening team!
Job Responsibilities
Assist in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene according to SFA standards
Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in mise-en-place and stock rotation
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies
Perform any other kitchen duties assigned by supervisors or management
Requirements
At least 1 year of kitchen experience (Western / Pasta / Italian cuisine preferred)
Passionate about cooking and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Singaporean / PR / valid work permit holders welcome
