HotshoesAsia is looking for an Event Projects Executive to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who is meticulous, organised, and dependable, someone who can help turn ideas into compelling proposal decks and execute memorable brand experiences from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

Support the development of event proposals and presentation decks

Translate briefs and direction into polished, client-ready presentations

Assist in ideation and proposal development for events and brand activations

Coordinate project timelines, deadlines, vendors, and deliverables

Support end-to-end event execution, from pre-production to show day

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Keep projects organised, on track, and detail-perfect

What we’re looking for:

Meticulous with strong attention to detail

Strong deck-building (Google Slides)

Basic understanding of event proposals / event planning / agency workflows

Excellent time management and deadline management skills

Able to juggle multiple moving projects in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, resourceful, and execution-driven
