4. Develop custom configuration code without modify standard platform/ base product (if any)

5. Develop and document regression, as well as use case and unit testing scenarios

6. Define and monitor compliance with code check-in, backup / recovery, and versioning processes

7. Participate in testing and validation of the integration

8. Contribute to knowledge transfer process

9. Manage Envisioning client workshops, User Research (planning, execution and reporting), Personas / Scenarios / Journey Maps, Interaction Flows & Sitemaps, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Prototypes, Usability Testing
