This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Manager role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering strong client relationships, and proactively managing customer needs. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for customer retention, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The Customer Success Manager will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, working to deliver exceptional service experiences and measurable results.
