Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Manager role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering strong client relationships, and proactively managing customer needs. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for customer retention, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The Customer Success Manager will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, working to deliver exceptional service experiences and measurable results.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service methodologies
  • Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Retention
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and optimize strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in the training or professional development industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and related technologies is advantageous
