Key Responsibilities
- Provide ESG consultancy services to clients across various industries
- Develop and implement ESG strategies, frameworks, and policies
- Conduct ESG assessments, gap analysis, and materiality assessments
- Prepare ESG reports aligned with frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and Bursa Malaysia requirements
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs on ESG topics (online & physical)
- Customize training materials based on client needs and industry
- Support clients in sustainability disclosures and compliance requirements
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and propose suitable ESG solutions
- Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related consulting
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc.)
- Experience in conducting training, workshops, or public speaking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in consultancy is added advantage.
