Role Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Architect to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their architectural career within a dynamic and collaborative practice.

Position Details:

• Qualification: LAM Part I

• Experience: 1–2 years relevant working experience

• Availability: Immediate position

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Demonstrate basic proficiency in architectural design and presentation

• Possess good knowledge of local authority requirements and submission procedures

• Software skills in AutoCad, Sketchup and/or Revit (knowledge in BIM software is an advantage)

• Basic understanding of technical detailing and construction is an added advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
