About the Job

You will play an important role to:

1. Guide customer’s in process with the role and responsibility to make the journey as smooth as possible, from ordering, design, buy-off, delivery and after sales service.
2. Use your knowledge and experience to assess what lies ahead at the initial stages of the project & identify the information that you have and that you don’t have, the risks and issues that may emerge during the project and to decide on the best way to proceed.
3. Communication shows respect to customer and makes them feel good about working with us.

Responsibilities

1. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects.
2. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls on project related events with team and customer.
3. Involve in project meeting, project planning and scheduling with internal and external team members.
4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to BUM and management.
5. To prepare and update periodically on the project progress, reports, and presentations.
6. Tracking project progress and making adjustment as necessary.
7. Helping to identify and manage projects risk and issues.

Qualifications

1. Diploma / bachelor's degree in mechanical / mechatronic, or equivalent.
2. Preferable 1-2 years of experience as project coordinator or project engineer.
3. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
4. Related experience in the automation industries.
5. Able to handle projects independently and plan related activities.
6. Able to handle multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment.
7. Able to travel when needed.
8. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills

1. Hands on knowledge of computer application including use of the internet, Excel and Word applications and presentation software such as Power point.
2. Possesses good verbal and written communication skill.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Handling pressure.
5. Problem solving skill.
