.NET Full Stack Developer (Smart Manufacturing)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to support Smart Manufacturing digital initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and enhancing enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technology stack to support manufacturing operations, automation and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET, C# and SQL technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in system architecture design, technical discussions and code reviews
- Analyse system requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging and optimisation of existing applications
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability and maintainability
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Support deployment, release and post-implementation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of full stack development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
- Experience developing enterprise or manufacturing-related applications is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work onsite in Penang and start immediately
