Position Summary

To plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate is hands on with advertising tools, analytics platforms, and social media management and is eager to stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and AI-powered marketing tools. This role blends creativity and analytics perfect for someone who enjoys both crafting engaging content and analyzing campaign performance to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Advertising & Campaign Management
  • Plan, create, and launch online ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to improve traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Website Analytics & Tag Implementation
  • Implement and manage website tracking codes using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
  • Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) dashboards and reports to monitor performance and user behavior.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Sales & Performance Analysis
  • Compile and analyze internal sales and marketing data to identify performance trends.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to visualize KPIs and present findings clearly.
  • Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and community feedback and track content performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media formats, trends, and viral content ideas.

5 Content & Collaboration

  • Work closely with design and content teams to produce creative assets for ads, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Be able to produce marketing blogs, newsletters & other organic content.
  • Support email marketing, CRM campaigns, and other digital initiatives that enhance conversion and customer retention

6 Market & Competitor Research

  • Conduct ongoing research on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • One to three years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (internship experience acceptable for entry level).
  • Practical experience with:
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar advertising platforms.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Design tools like Canva, Illustrator, Etc.
  • Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Eager to learn, experiment, and keep up with the latest digital and AI-driven marketing technologies
