Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering design to accurately assess client requirements and propose optimal solutions.
Create and manage engineering documentation (VDRL) while addressing client feedback promptly and effectively.
Develop initial concept drawings and mentor an AutoCAD drafter in producing engineering drawing deliverables.
Incorporate industry standards and best practices into the preparation and submission of engineering drawings.
Direct in-house technicians for equipment assembly and system integration, as well as oversee system configuration, simulation, testing, and verification.
Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and provide training to clients and commissioning engineers.
Undertake additional tasks as needed to support business objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in telecommunications or a related technical field.
4-5 years of proven experience in a similar role within industrial markets.
Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and ability to communicate concepts clearly to clients and suppliers.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and guiding them toward objectives.
Resourceful and focused on meeting deadlines.
Certification in AutoCAD is a plus.
Experience in site commissioning or radio surveying per SOLAS/MODU standards is an advantage.
Familiarity with coverage tools such as CadnaA for PAGA, Ekahau for WIFI, and iBwave for UHF/GSM is beneficial.
