Functional (job responsibilities)
- General Administration (e.g. raise Service Request Form (SRFs) to update parameters in LOAD$, to log incident ticket and service request to GITI for equipment or system issue / request, timely submission of payments to vendor & etc.)
- Update of applications CCRIS status via CCRISB2B/ IVEST (due to batch file failure)
- Prepare and review report for submission (Weekly Dashboard, Turnaround Time Report (TAT), Monthly Productivity Report, Daily Pending Applications Report, Daily Decisions Application Report, generate and analyze Exception Reports & etc.)
- Handling Multiple Profile cases (retrieve CCRIS report and submit approved application to BNM CCRIS for profiles merging)
- Loss Event Reporting (LER): timely approval and update of applications in the ORMIS system.
- Manage Departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets by ensuring timely annual submissions and performing monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis to monitor spending and ensure cost control.
- Perform Annual Review/ Exercise of Department Fix Assets.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / Production Testing for roll out.
- Perform post approval quality check.
- To feedback to HOD and Managers on the process improvement on the progress and status on the administrative task.
