CNCData seeks a Customer Relationship Officer/Management Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and able to speak well in English. The successful candidate will get excellent career endeavors with this position.

Responsibilities:

• Contact targeted audiences via phone to introduce campaigns and provide information based on prepared telescripts.
• Conduct follow-up calls to engage potential customers and gather relevant information.
• Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data base.
• Capture accurate data and maintain customer/potential customers’ data in accordance with the data protection requirements.
• Conduct phone and online research on targeted companies to support campaign activities.
• Maintain and update records in the system accurately with data protection requirements.
• Ensure SLA and KPIs are achieved.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min a SPM.
• Able to communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Relevant telemarketing experience in Contact Centre including lead generation, event management and responding to telephone queries is an added advantage. Excellent customer focus with track records.
