Tanggungjawab

The Freelancer will primarily assist the Business Managers with the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting with new client inquiries, proposal preparation, and follow-ups
  • Supporting onboarding processes and account setup
  • Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assisting with basic media/portal monitoring when required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with client management tools.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client support, account management, or related roles
  • Experience in handling multiple clients and coordinating with internal teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, professional, and client-focused mindset
  • Required to work in the office 3 days per week.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: RM11.00 - RM14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
