Sepenuh Masa Production and Process Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in Ecolex Sdn Bhd Port Klang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• To plan and organize production planning with other operation teams.
• To ensure the plant is running smoothly without any scheduled downtime.
• To analyze process performance and optimize production efficiency.
• To ensure all related plant activities are recorded and updated in the Production Report and Plant Log Book.
• To train, motivate and supervise production operators in performing their daily work tasks to achieve targets.
• To ensure all production activities and processes comply with BRC, GMP and HACCP standards.
• To maintain good housekeeping, safety and hygiene practices.
• To anticipate the problem related to either process or equipment and take all possible preventive measures in advance.
• To identify item/service need, raise requisition, follow up with procurement PIC on purchase order approval and close the requisition.
• To ensure sufficient stock of spare parts or consumable goods for smooth operation and continuous running of the plant.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Food Science or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred for this position.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
• Applicants with knowledge of plant processes in oil palm refinery and Quality system (e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in process automation will be an advantage.
• Applicants with strong analytical and problem-solving skill, result-oriented and hardworking will have an added advantage.
• Flexible and willing to work beyond normal working hours.
• Experience in Manufacturing Supervision would be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and independently with a high degree of commitment.
