Full Time ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in Global View Engineering Sdn Bhd Cheras - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts
• Monitor project costing, claims, and progress billing
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and banks regarding payments and documentation
• Assist in monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records
• Assist in payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory submissions
• Support audit and tax preparation activities
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years working experience in accounting/construction industry preferred
• Knowledge in construction billing, project claims, and costing is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
