We are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Area Sales Supervisor to lead our retail outlets in the wellness industry. If you are passionate about driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and building customer loyalty, this is the role for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and achieve area sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Lead, coach, and motivate Retail Supervisor and sales teams to deliver strong results
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvement plans
- Conduct regular sales training to enhance selling skills and product knowledge
- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand consistency across outlets
- Oversee outlet operations, merchandising, and SOP compliance
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Minimum 5 years retail experience, including 2 years in multi-store/area management
- Proven sales track record with strong leadership skills
- Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills
- Business-minded with strong analytical ability
- Willing to travel and manage multiple outlets
