Company Overview:

Klinik Bukit Serdang is a healthcare clinic located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Managed by Pinnacle of Success Sdn Bhd (SSM *************7), the clinic provides a range of medical services, including general healthcare, occupational health services, and women's health services. And now! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Operations Supervisor to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and manage the daily operations team to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations at all times.

Conduct daily team briefings to align operational goals, service standards, and task

distribution before each shift begins.

Prepare and manage duty rosters, ensuring proper manpower planning, shift coverage and fair task delegation.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and discipline while providing

constructive feedback and on-the-job coaching.

Ensure all team members strictly comply with clinic SOPs, regulatory requirements,

hygiene standards, and professional conduct guidelines.

Oversee front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, payment collection, and documentation accuracy.

Manage patient flow to minimize waiting time and ensure a smooth coordination

between front desk and clinical team.

Attend walk-in and scheduled patients professionally, addressing inquiries and

delivering high service standards.

Handle patient complaints or operational issues promptly and professionally,

escalating critical matters to management when necessary.

Monitor clinic cleanliness, organization, and overall environment to ensure a safe and

comfortable setting for patients and staff.

Supervise stock usage and inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent

wastage or shortages of supplies.

Prepare and submit daily operational reports including attendance, sales collection,

patient volume, and incident reports.

Act as the key liaison between management and operations team, ensuring clear

communication and effective implementation of instructions

Requirements:

Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, orrelated field.

At least 1–3 years of experience as Shift Leader / Team Leader of 5–7 clinic assistants

healthcare industry.

Highly experience & Disciplined, Strong leadership and Communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Customer service oriented

Proficient in performing clinical procedures such as ECG, Spirometry, FBC, Dengue Test as well as assisting doctors during medical procedures.

Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office.

Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays (if required)
