Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure efficient inventory management, smooth workflow, and team productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, verification, stock keeping, and material issuance activities.
- Monitor inventory control and ensure stock accuracy.
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate store personnel.
- Monitor staff performance and resolve operational issues when necessary.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in store / warehouse operations with supervisory exposure preferred.
- Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage daily operational activities effectively.
